RunVermont Announces Dates for Ready, Set, Run! Kick-Off Events
Each year, RunVermont hosts several youth fun runs and this year is no exception! RunVermont will host four great events between October 2, 2010 and January 1, 2011, plus the very popular MVP Heath Care YAM Scram during Marathon weekend.
Round up the kids, lace up the sneakers and join us! Each of the following events will include a 1/2 mile and 1 mile run and raffle for great prizes donated by Chira Orthodontics, SkiRack and RunVermont.

In the spirit of fun, there will be a clock at the finish line but the runs will not be officially timed. For more information, including times and cost, please visit the FunRun page.
All four runs will serve as kick-off events for RunVermont's new youth activity, nutrition and citizenship program: Ready, Set, Run! Ready, Set, Run! (formerly ManyMilers) will launch in February, 2011 and will be available to children ages 4-12 through their school or as independent registrants.
