Thursday, April 12, 2012 KBVCM named a top destination marathon by Outside Magazine
RunVermont is pleased to announce that the KeyBank Vermont City Marathon was selected as a "Top Destination Marathon" in a April 9, 2012 article on Outside Magazine's website, OutsideOnline. The article lists several races in response to the question: "I'm training for my first marathon, and I'd like to run it in a fun place. What are the best marathons in cool destinations?"including the KeyBank Vermont City Marathon, the Big Sur International Marathon and the Mount Desert Island Marathon.
The KeyBank Vermont City Marathon takes place on May 27, 2012 in Burlington, Vermont. Space still remains in the event which typically sells out in late April.
