The training plan will begin the week of January 21, 2019
Sam Davis has been running competitively for over 40 years. His accomplishments include being a collegiate cross country champion, as well as a former record holder in track. He is also a member of the RunVermont Hall of Fame. Sam has completed over 27 marathons (including four Vermont City Marathons) and countless half marathons with PR’s of 2:32 and 1:08 respectively. Sam has coaching certifications from USA Track & Field (level 2) and Road Runners Club of America. Sam is also VDOT 02 certified in the Jack Daniels training method and provides consultation for runners of all ages and abilities.
